Bead Retreats
Would you like to learn how to design and create your own jewelry? Join professional artist and jewelry designer Suzanne Vadnais Monson for this hands-on deep dive into the world of personal adornment. Suzanne has been creating Bead Retreats for teens and adults since 2005, offering fun ways to make jewelry that looks as good as what you can buy!
Choose from a dazzling palette of beads, including crystal, semi precious stone, carved wood, metal, glass and stone, as well as gold, silver, bronze and copper jewelry findings. Discover tricks to help you recognize quality materials by working with the many examples provided.
Join any one of the three classes, or attend all three ($59 for individual class/$150 for all three).
Necklaces in Three Styles
Saturday, April 5th - 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Design a lariat, choker, and princess length (18”) necklace. Learn the elements of design that are involved in creating necklaces that work together or can be worn individually.
The Match Set: Bracelets, Necklaces and Earrings Galore
Saturday, April 12th - 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Learn the principles of design to create unique bead pairings. Create several pairs of earrings, 2 bracelets and one 18” necklace.
Bracelets for Every Occasion
Saturday, April 26th - 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
In this class you will make a multi-strand bracelet, charm bracelet and a woven three strand bracelet.

Who can join?: Ages 13 and up (teens and adults)
